Healthy living is the act of practicing a good healthy lifestyle to lower the risk of being sick emotionally, mentally, and physically.
1 EAT HEALTHY FOODS: (Balanced Diets) eating foods that contain vitamins like fruits is very good for the body by preventing malnutrition and diseases like diabetes, cancer, heart failure, etc. consuming a lot of fruits and vegetables is very important for healthy living.
2 REDUCE INTAKE OF HARMFUL FATS THAT CAUSES CHOLESTEROL: reducing the intake of foods that is a saturated and trans fat that is in fatty meat, cheese, palm, cooking oil, and in some baked and fried foods helps in healthy living. Preferable unsaturated fats that are found in avocado and nuts, soybean, canola, and olive oil that doesn't cause cholesterol (A waxy substance found in the blood).
3 CONSUMING LESS OF SALT AND SUGAR: consuming excess salt can lead to an increment of hypertension, heart disease, stroke, and hypernatremia which develop when body water is relatively decreased in relation to sodium. Furthermore, excess intake of sugary foods, snacks, and beverages causes unhealthy weight gain and tooth decay in adults and children.
4 EXERCISE: recreational activities, carrying house chores efficiently and effectively. also, exercising the brain through critical thinking, positive thinking, and performing research.
5 REDUCE THE INTAKE OF ALCOHOL AND SMOKES: intake of alcohols that are very high in alcohol percentages like whisky, vodka, and spirit causes heartburn, prostate, and behavioral disorder. also, it leads to alcohol dependency (meaning that without alcohol, you won't adapt to the situation of the environment.
it's said that smokers are liable to die young, which is true.
Give yourself a treat, say NO to smoking, and protect yourself, your organs, and your future from perishing.
6 ENGAGE IN SAFE SEX PRACTICE: practicing safe sex can be achieved through the use of condoms during intercourse to avoid sexually transmitted diseases.
7 A PROBLEM SHARED IS A PROBLEM SOLVED: depression is the worst thing that can happen to anybody that is in need. if you encounter yourself in a bad situation, talk to someone you know, and don't go with your own decision.
